The Basildon dentist was found to offer services, which adhered to the below five criteria; safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. The CQC found evidence of quality patient care, good quality, serviced and sterilization of dental equipment, safe dental practice, open communication with patients and staff development and training.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is an independent regulator of health and social care in England. Their role is to monitor, inspect and regulate health and social care services in England to make sure they meet the appropriate standards for quality and safety.
